I am a person who takes action. Nothing will change until I modify my habit and take regular action.
I try not to believe that information alone can transform my life. New information just increases my ability to act in novel ways. I learn as much as I can, but I put that knowledge to use by taking action and moving toward my goals.
Every day, I have a plan. My days are productive, but I try not to be too aggressive. Long-term productivity is enhanced by consistent action. Progress is fueled by consistent activity.
I believe that taking action is the key to living an extraordinary life. It is effective for me!
I consider myself to be an active person. In fact, I rate my day based on my behaviors. “How much did I accomplish?” I wonder. “How successful were those actions?”
Anything is possible when effective steps are taken.
I support advancement. I can feel good about a difficult day if I make at least a tiny amount of progress.
Today, I prefer action than learning and planning. I’m taking the steps I know I should do. I am taking charge of my actions and my life.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What did I do today that will improve my life in a month or more?
- Do I like to learn, plan, and daydream rather than take action to improve my life? If so, how well did it work for me?
- What can I do each day this week to improve my life in the future?
