There are so many types of freelance type jobs you can make money on. You can advertise your services on social media or even put up flyers in your local community. 3 Drive for a ride-sharing service: If you have a car and some free time, consider driving for a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. This can be a flexible way to make extra money on the side.
4 Take on a part-time job: Even if you’re employed full-time, consider taking on a part-time job to bring in extra money. Many retailers and restaurants are always looking for part-time help, and you can often find job listings online.
5 Get creative: Sometimes, thinking outside the box is the best way to make money during a recession. Consider starting a small business, like a home-based bakery or a dog-walking service. You never know what might take off.
