Healthy connections are quite essential to me, and I take them very seriously.
Negative interactions, on the other hand, deplete my resources while providing little in return. They can potentially have serious ramifications. The expense and dangers of dysfunctional relationships are simply too high.
Being healthy myself is one way I attract healthy relationships. I take care of myself and seek out any assistance I require. I prioritize my emotional wellness.
I am less interested in making relationships with ill people when I am healthy. I’ve discovered that taking care of myself is the most effective method to avoid bad relationships.
Today, I only allow healthy connections into my life. As a result, my relationships bring me joy and happiness and make my life more fulfilling.
