I must stop, take a breath, and enjoy my life.

If I don’t take the time to enjoy my goods, they are worthless to me. In my search for information

achievement, I take the time to pause, take a deep breath, and fully utilize the chances that life has provided for me.
I let go of whatever guilt I had for taking some time for myself. I’m aware that if I often unwind and enjoy what I’ve achieved, I’ll be more effective in the long run.
Having fun and unwinding helps me be more creative.

When I’m at ease and content, some of my best ideas occur to me. I open doors in my mind that would have otherwise remained tightly closed had I stayed at my desk by allowing myself to step away from the pressures and rituals of daily life.

What I’ve accomplished also has little value unless I take the time to impart it.
Steaks in a freezer are just meat in a box. Knowing that I won’t go hungry gives me security, but other than that, it offers me nothing. However, when I invite loved ones to come and partake of my bounty, that is when I truly enjoy myself. In the process, I strengthen the ties that make my life worthwhile despite all of the work I put into it.
Self-Reflection

1. When was the last time I gave myself permission to stop and just enjoy life?

  1. What free time can I block out in the upcoming week for relaxation?
  2. Do I enjoy the pleasure of strengthening ties by distributing wealth?
