I sow seeds of truth, compassion, and understanding.


I chose to plant seeds of optimism in a field of limitless possibilities. I’ve grown a lot this year, and it’s time to seed.

These lessons should be returned to the soil to renew it.
I take the time to plant healthy seeds.
I make the decision to do good. I am generous and kind with my crop.
I open my heart and wallet to those in need. I give away what I have. I instilled happiness in the communal consciousness.

I contribute to making the world a better place.
I think positive thoughts and send them out into the world. I understand that thoughts make things. I choose to make beautiful things.

I assist a neighbor. I console a friend. I reach out to those in need and do all I can to assist them.
I always bring a smile to work. I come across something amusing to share on the internet. I plant seeds of truth in places where people are willing to listen.
Today, I purposefully convey love and happiness to every meeting I have.
I do everything in my power to cultivate my garden with truth, compassion, and understanding. I understand that I reap what I sow, and I choose to sow positive seeds.
