Every moment, I choose to love myself entirely, wholeheartedly, and unconditionally.

This may be a difficult challenge for me at first. I may have a natural tendency to prioritize the needs of others before my own. I make a conscious decision to constantly prioritize myself and to show myself the same love, care, and attention that I give to people around me.


There are numerous ways to love yourself, and I accept all of them. I change the vocabulary I use to talk about my body and mind. I make an effort to address myself in a positive, uplifting, and joyful manner.


I deserve to be addressed with love and respect.
I choose to be among people who understand my need for self-love. I am a member of a tribe that values positive energy, happiness, and living our best lives. These are characteristics I strive for in my own life. I am deserving of love.


When I love myself, my love for others grows organically. I am a beacon of love, warmth, and optimism.
I’ve decided to love myself today. I see how critical this is in assisting me in becoming the best version of myself. When I choose to love myself, I can share the power of this love with everyone around me.
