All of these goals are achieved through meditation, which is a daily necessity.


When I meditate, I feel more at ease and more relaxed. I pay close attention to my breathing when I meditate. I feel my body unwinding to the rhythm of my breathing as I purge my mind of unimportant ideas. One of my greatest joys in life is meditation, in my opinion. I find that it keeps me focused during my hectic days.


Because meditation gives me so much calm and peace, I have faith in the process.
I meditate for ten minutes at the end of a busy day to unwind. I’m in awe at the impact just 10 minutes have on the rest of my day.


Before I begin to meditate, I experience worry and distress, but by the end of my meditation, those feelings are gone. I’m refreshed. From that moment on, I begin the day over.
I genuinely treasure meditation as a part of my everyday regimen.


I’m going to meditate for at least three 10-minute sessions today. I think that doing this kind of meditation makes me feel more at ease, makes it easier for me to deal with challenging situations, and makes it easier for me to control my own emotions.


I make sure my life is full of the joy and success I deserve by taking the time to meditate.
