I take pauses and enjoy myself. I enjoy laughing and playing.
I am a generous giver. I feel richer when I share my benefits with others. I give both my time and money to excellent causes. I’m listening to a friend going through a divorce. I volunteer to assist an elderly neighbor with yard chores.

I put my beliefs into action. I join a spiritual community in the hopes of making friends to accompany me on my journey. I’m learning to make wise judgments that give me more peace of mind.

Today, I concentrate my thoughts and listen to my heart. I am enthusiastic and productive. I am adamant about succeeding.
